1. Contact the studio to set up and book your Intro Special: 3 private lessons in which we will develop your personalized program.
(Alternatively you may book an Exploratory Private Lesson in which you will experience an overview of of the Pilates system across different pieces of equipment.)
2. Join our Old School lessons and continue to develop your practice. With a maximum of five students, you will have ample teacher support and be part of a welcoming community that supports hard work in a fun, encouraging (and slightly irreverent) atmosphere. Consistency is key and we recommend 2-3 lessons per week.
